This characteristic Italian blend comes from beans grown in Colombia and Brazil. The blend is not a typical Italian espresso, but the idea is to reduce acidity as much as possible and obtain a cup that is very gentle on the stomach. The beans are roasted twice, each time moderately, with a cooling break. Thanks to this, we get a rich and unburnt taste with slightly chocolate nuances. This blend is made of 100% Arabica beans of the highest quality. The coffee roastery demonstrates a lot of skill with its blends and mixtures. An experienced roast master is essential for this process. When creating the blend, care is taken to ensure that the different types of coffee complement each other well and that a harmonious taste is created. Since coffee is a natural product, the roaster must continuously test in order to compensate for fluctuations in flavours, because coffee beans of the same variety can differ in their aromas from season to season. After all, the end product should always meet its own high quality standards.
Treatment of the grains in the mixture: Colombia: wet, Brazil: natural drying. The dominant flavor notes in an expressive cup are delicate chocolate.
