This perfect Arabica comes form highlands of Nicaragua. It is characterized by its soft, velvety, mild character. In addition, it impresses with its chocolate note and its lemony taste in the finish. In the highlands of Nicaragua there is a perfect interaction between man and nature. The balanced mountain climate and the fertile soil offer ideal growth conditions for coffee plants. The mountains represent a natural obstacle to the strong winds. The water-rich rain clouds rain down on the slopes. The dense forests and the tropical location contribute to a warm and humid climate. The fertile soil and the tropical climatic conditions in the high elevations of Nicaragua are ideal for growing coffee. The coffee plants ripen in mixed cultures under exotic shade trees at an altitude of 1,100 to 1,600 meters. As soon as the coffee cherries are ripe, they are picked by skilled hands and carefully sorted before peeling.
